The weirdest thing

So I'm finally done with my university exams for the year! 5 subjects
written, so in theory I have something like 6 more courses to go and
I'll have my degree.

I know I scored 97% for one of those courses, am confident I passed
the rest bar 1 really tough one which I was repeating this year.
Numerical Analysis I is one tough cookie to crack.

This morning I wrote Advanced Programming, which basically deals with
both Qt 4 and Design Patterns in general. I enjoyed Qt 4 in the
beginning but then after a while I realised it isn't very much
different from .NET. Still, I look forward to the S60 toolkit whenever
that'll be released.

On other fronts this marks the last week I'm in my current apartment,
on coming Monday I'm moving into my new house with my pregnant wife. I
so look forward to finally transplanting my chilli plants in the
garden in my yard.

I saw the little munchkin

Munchkin is what our gynaecologist calls my little baby. My wife and I went for our first scan on Wednesday -- it's soooo small. According to the scan measurements it was about 9 weeks 3 days old. So that puts the estimated delivery date somewhere around Mayday 2010. Both of us are over the moon about the prospect of becoming parents.

It feels like a Monday

Today, Friday, is wedged between the weekend and a public holiday. Half my colleagues decided to take the day off and make the most of a (broken) long weekend, and here I am at work trying to tackle tasks on my backlog. Waiting for long compilations to complete, deployment and then testing. And testing.

This is so boring.

My sister will be giving birth to my niece in about a day or two. I'm so excited about this!
